Usually RP's are automatically cancelled after 6 months being out of the country. And once cancelled you are banned for 2 yrs to re-enter Qatar again to work!
How about contacting the company and talking to them about your situation??
The worst case scenario is if there is no way for you to comeback the company could consider you as absconding (filing a case with the authorities) and in that case you could be even blacklisted to re-enter Qatar ever again.
Just look at your options and try to talk to the company.
