One thing about life is there are changes.. things have changed for the worse but they will change for the better.

When you feel like you are in the swamp dont try and run away.... try and use it as an opportunity to learn...

write it down

ask yourself why you feel x y and z

but also go out make new friends and enjoy new experiences.

As Eve said the wall isn't meant to stop us. Go out to the desert and find a big fecker of a steep sand dune.

You can't see whats over the top and that makes you scared

you start climbing and its hard and heavy.

You get no where fast

You are forced to be patient and give yourself time.

Every footstep forward you slide a bit back.

After a few steps you have to sit down.

Its hot, dry and shows no mercy.

You keep going and don't know why

Then finally you get to the top.....and you will have  beautiful clear view of the horizon and marvel in its beauty.

That is what a horrible situation is like.... just keep going, learn from it and work towards the panaromic view....
