You don't need to pay for visa cancellation I guess. Once you cancel your visa (can be done at any immigration office in Qatar), your wife's and children's visa will also be cancelled automatically as you were the sponsor. Please make sure there are no service contracts or rental agreements direct with the service providers, landlords or other external parties like Qtel, Karamah, banks loans etc. This also be applied to whatever you have owned in Qatar (Car, Shop or office etc.). So make sure that everything has settled and cleared before you move to the airport and give it a try to get your NOC from your employer if you had given before you join the current company.
