you must have your NBI authenticated (redribbon) with stamped from Philippine Embassy Doha (QR100) and from Qatar Foreign Affairs (QR20). then copy of passport, visa and qatar ID. They will give you a form and you will fill it up after that you can submit and pay QR10. this will finish after one week. :)
