1. write a letter to your company stating your complaint and mention Article 73 of the Qatar Labour Law, demanding your company to pay you with the OT work you've rendered.
2. wait for their reply. if they will not respond despite of you reminding them, its now time to go to the next step w/c is to file a complaint at the Qatar Labour Office in Street No. 13, Industrial Area.
There you will be given a form in Arabic. If you dont know how to read and write arabic, dont worry there's a shop nearby (i heard its called Al Attiya) anyway, you go there and asked them to read it to you in english so you could tell them what you need to write on the form. They will then type it in arabic. The fee ranges from 6-10qr.
3. go back to the Labour Office and submit the form. You will be given a sub peona (2 copies, 1 for you and 1 for your manager). yes, you will be the one to give it to your manager/HR personnel.
4. your company has the option to settle it with you amicably. if they refuse, tell them you will have to settle it at the labour dept through an arbiter.
5. if this happens, they say the process takes a week. i hope not more than that.
