I guess I never be afraid to lose my job and this attitude help me to stay strong, and once I see the bully type of person at work, I make sure they got my message (am not afraid loosing my job - so don't mess up with me). 

So even today I said to my boss, well sir.. he is driving over 65 over speed limit, is againts the rules. I just hope after what happened he can slow down a bit and obey the safety speed limit. I doubt it tho.
