Abu like the poor cleaners some people aren't in a position to speak up - they are too scared to lose their jobs.....

(a couple of times I have told managers/supervisors off for the way they speak to other staff - Qatar Airways...Megamart)

If you can of course your advice is spot on..... otherwise - oh it is dreadful.

At that particular time I was stuck.  I am glad I weathered the storm though.
