Yeah i've heard that in England I donno which part though, that if u have someone trying to cross the road at a zebra crossing the cars flash their lights meaning "i'm slowing down please cross". A friend of mine from India went there and got confused. Now in India if someone flashes his headlights it means "dont even think of coming near i wont stop". So she kept standing at this crossing and cars kept coming over and slowing down and flasing their lights and she didint cross...heheheheh. Finally some guy stopped and asked her what her problem was....lol!!!
