Do lots of research and go where your instincts lead you.

In my opnion it all depends on what do you want in life. For instance, I am 42 and my priorities aren't immigrating. Also, after being in civil engineering field for last 18 years, I don't have the patience to prepare for another exam in canada or australia or any other country for that matter (I graduated in 1990!)

But do choose wisely. Make sure that you have all information that you need before you make that application for immigration. Cost of living, education, saving potential, career growth (this one's is completely missing here in Middle East Tongue out) etc. Once you have all info at hand then you can make an informed decision and even if you do fail, at least you have covered all bases before trying!

Cheers
