my officemate wants to file a complaint against our other officemate who kicked him on his chest because he was sitting and the other guy is standing.

in the middle of the heated debate, the one standing kicked the one sitting.

the point is there's an injury (though slight, but it is still an injury)

the arabic people here in the office says that if somebody uttered bad word to another, its a different story... even if one guy got hurt.

he wasnt able to kick him back because we all stopped him from doing it and the others stopped the other guy too...
