Of course he will be, even if he doesnt convert. Most Christians are not hostile people and are not discriminating at all. There is of course the stereotype of "He might chop my head off" or "He might be carrying time bombs on his chest", but im sure nothing worse or undignifying than those.
I believe both religion pray to the same God. Just different messengers and different way of doing it.... but that's the beauty of being human. Diversion and differences were deliberate since the fall of the Tower of Babel.
