Neither does someone saying that hadeeth, that have been authenticated as well as implied ayahs in the Quran and the interpretations by scholars more learned then us, make them less then valid when applying islamic principals in fiqh matters towards the fact that according to islam apostates are put to death.

To be honest, you and I both know that what I have stated holds alot more weight in scholarly circles.
