1)NOC from company
2)Temporary house aggrement(No need baldiya attachted)
3)Your passport copies and ID copies.
4)Passport copies of persons whom you wish to bring.
5)Visit visa form filled by any typing center.

Try your luck in Gharaffa immigration and try to go there at 3 pm,Its best time i assume.
