you have 3 options:
1. Buy a laptop with Windows... it's usually 200QR more than one without.
2. Buy a laptop without Windows from Sofitel area and ask them to install windows for you (deactivate automatic updates/windows defender/don't use action center)
3. Use Linux Ubuntu.
