As per Qatar Immigration rule,once the employee completes one year of service with his sponsor, he can request for sponsor change (which is called release). Release is normally not given by any of the companies. Another option is to quit Qatar and come back on Business visa. Maximum you can stay for 3 months, quit qatar, come back again on another business visa. Third option is to quit qatar with NOC from the current sponsor and come back on another work visa with the new sponsor.
Remember, none of the sponsors are obliged to give release or NOC. This is a favor only.
