i am not wearing the dress to the interview, but no it does not cover my shoulders.  if i wear it out, i guess i'll need to wear something around them.

for the interview, i had planned to wear nice trousers and a top i adore.  not crazy, think jcrew or as i mentioned above anthropologie.
