In Mecca, I park in the big parking lots about a kilometer away from haram and take taxi to Haram. that is a safe parking lot and was made for Zaireen. Taxi cost 10 Riyals. Parking is free though.

In Madina, there is plenty of underground parking just below Haram. You park and come upstairs directly into Haram.
