I came across a situation where my family who purchased the air tickets from the recent “sale?” had a big problem.
That is at the time of check in they forgot to bring the credit card and were denied check in, that is fine. But it was a human error, (because we all people make mistakes) and when they requested to pay an additional fee and use the same booking they we denied saying that as per the terms of the promotion that is not allowed.
