I can... never again is my answer.
NBKS HR leaves a lot to be desired.
The staff turn over is the highest I have ever experienced.
Probably a direct result of the way in which people are treated like numbers.
Including my staff - even though I tried my best for them.

It has certainly put me off working in the region ever again.
