Your daughter needs to authenticate her visa copy through any DHL office. The DHL office will take good care of the authentication at the Qatar Embassy Manila. You can purchased a ticket here from any agency or airline of your choice and your daughter can collect it at a Manila travel agency by showing her authenticated copy of the visa plus the receipt payment of travel tax. Travel tax to be paid at Ministry of Tourism at Padre Faura Manila. At the DEPARTURE area she has to pay the airport fee.
