hi, Last month only my friend did for his wife's and child's visa renewed from immigration garrafa and same time I renewed their RP. May be your mandoop confused. If you go to counter they would say to get signature and approval from captain, may be your mandoop thought the captain is sitting in MOI, but actually he is there in last counter.

If your madoop say so, why cant you go yourself to have a try,you need only RP renewal form, passport and debit card.may be your mandoop excusing you.
