kabayan, you have to go to our embassy here with your passport, qatar id (original and photocopy) and 2 pcs ID picture. You would then ask to fill up an NBI application form then finger printing. You have to send that document to your representative the Philippines for the release of your NBI Clearance. Do not forget to include a copy of your passporrt and two authorization letters; one for NBI and another for DFA for red ribbon authentication.
Please note that our embassy here accepts NBI application only between 1pm to 3pm.
When you received back the documents here, go back to our embassy for authentication then to MOFA.
