crew have to endure alot of things that other airlines don't impose...stricter rules..curfews..and terminations with unjust cause. The service is also very rigid. For instance a two hour flight would still provide a hotmeal.
In a seven hour flight they serve food twice and are also compelled to serve drinks inbetween. There are times when there is not enough time and some passengers would ask for things when the aircraft is about to land. What people don't know is that alot of preparation is done by crew before landing. Sometimes..crew are strapped for time and tense to finish it all.
On the other hand...out of thousands of employees..there are those that love their job and will just feel compelled to give good service to the best of their ability. It just comes naturally. There are people that are just lazy, unhappy or have negative feelings about their job hence they come out acting rude and impatient.
IS Qatar Airways a five star airline? well, it certainly STRIVES to be. The question now is : IS it the thought that counts?
from what I hear....
