Check with your company firt as there are quotas for each Nationality and if their Indian visa quota is over then you will not get any work visa. BTW why do you want to changer your family RP to the Sponsorship of your company? Now a days they are not stamping the RP of the children under parent's sponsorship if mother is not sponsored by husband.
