once you are here in Qatar, you will have to go for medical exam @ the medical commision and fingerprints taken (your company PRO should guide you in this process).  After a few days you can get your RP stamped in your passport as well as your Qatar ID from the Immigration office (get advise from your company mandoop/PRO)
