everyone different naokal ... if you think her behaviour unacceptable ... just sack her. But if you think you cant live without her since you work full time, i guess you will have to suck it up and let the maid get her own way.

if you put your foot down and she is not happy then she will just leave ... then you go back to square one and find another maid.
