Do you mean getting a new RP sticker on a new passport (assuming you already have a valid RP on your old passport)?

I guess this can be done quite easily at the General Post Office (Corniche). I hear they have a counter specifically for this purpose.

Other QLers please correct me and provide accurate details if I am wrong.
