Despite trying very hard to level the playing field and outlaw discrimination....it still happens even in places like Canada....where equaly qualified women for instance, get paid less (generally) than their male counterparts for the same job!

What is most shocking is not that there IS dicrimination.....but how blatantly obvious it is over here!
