i can think of two things in terms of finding a specific nationality for accomodation (been discussed before many times) its about being with someone of ur own country, culture etc...u tend to get along better with someone who comes from ur own country (doesnt always work that way)

In terms of employment its all about who can get the job done better or cheaper. Indians will work for half the salary that is offered to a Western. A western wont work for half the salary offered to a Indian. Sometimes educations doesnt matter...its not racisim. :) just my two dhirams.
