you should start form ground zero i mean from 1,00,000 QR to 2,00,000 only.cuz there might be grate chance of loss in IT business.you need workers, server's, computer's, technicians, engineers e.t.c for that it will cost more than you might have expect.other than if you start from high development team, service and support it will may cost you more than 11,000,00 QR
