When you say include do you mean that 23000 include your accommodation fee? if so, I dont think 23000 QR is enough ...what about school for your kids? Just make it clear ...are they giving you accommodation allowance in addition to your base salary? if so then you will live a good life if not I dont think its a good offer since shcools are very expensive and accommodation as well ...
