i also had a very bad experience with skyfreight recently, it's just like they were the one who is angry when i confront them regarding the delay of my luggage instead of asking to be sorry but what they do they have also to raise their voice at you to think we are the customer and it is our right to ask from them what's going on...my other friend as well blamed me why did i send my luggage to them since he experienced before that his luggage has been damaged already some of his belongings gone...
