I also suggest to send it thru EMS (Express Mail Service) of Q Post. It only cost me around QR70 for sending some documents last month and it arrived manila on the 4th day. They also have regular mail which is even cheaper. A DHL would have cost me QR400+ and will also arrived manila in 4 to 7 days.
