There really is no one place to go to get home repair supplies. But the good news is that there are small shops everywhere. To finish one project you'll probably have to go to many places. I haven't found a good wood store yet, but for stuff like plumbing supplies, go to a sanitary ware store. For paint and supplies, go to Jotun - there are lots of shops around - they usually have a big blue sign out front. The paint is pretty good, covers well. With the state of electrical installations here, i'm not about to touch those repairs - i want to live!
