One of the dogs and I arrived last week...she came as "excess baggage" for which I paid $150.00 at my point of departure, absolutely no problems with customs and had a very good experience with qatarpetrelocators.com.  Can't recommend them enough.   Dog came through a bit jet lagged and confused but already accepting local birds as squirrel substitute...
