Is the project already awarded to your company? In any case there is no law that says things like that should be deducted to the estimator's salary, not unless it is specifically written in your contract.
I also was an estimator before, also missed a lot of items but in the end company is thankfull to me because if I haven't forget those items, we might have lost the project to a lower bidder.
You may have forgot that item but in some items you might have put a higher price so it will balance in the end.
