jus go with ID copy , passport in which visa stamped and 100 QR near Bin mahmood ,near to doha petrol pump opposite to Carrier A/c . .and u will get it with in 5 hours . . . i think the card application should be given between 7-8 am and the card should be recieved by 12- 1 pm
