All Filipinos (or nearly all) are western. Their culture is very influenced by American culture and their newspapers and books are mainly in English. Of course Filipinos are welcome in the Irish Harp. This thread is complete garbage.

The only times I have ever been to the Irish Harp has been with Filipinos. There are no problems there.
