As polly says let them know what are you doing from your JD and what are you doing as extras...

 

Also if you have created a new report, format, document or anything that increase the team performance you can added to the letter so its written what you have done for the company.

 

After that let me know if its work for you!!! I ask 30% and got 50% plus a training in Malaysia.
