it so happened that KSA had those instances with veiled ladies.

I do not agree that veil is the reason. Would like to know if any of you who is criticizing this knows how the vision looks like using the veil.

I have seen many ladies like that and they were driving perfectly. Some are like crazy.

you know that wrong maneuvers by drivers could be due to many reasons:

Ignorance

Carelessness

Distorted thinking

Vehicle's blind spots

Drinking

Busy with phone/conversation/audio set and similar reasons.

In my opinion. A veil would give the effect of sunglasses or dark tinted glass.
