I dont think either one is doing good, Queen Rania is a queen of a country where they have allowed to have sex in public as long as they are 30 meters away from the street. So if she didnt object on that rule in her country, she could be a bad ruler, but im no one to judge. In my opinion she's a bad ruler and Dina is ruining alot more than she thinks.
