Scarlett, sweety, in that case we can always say "someone who has a good command in english", but not "someone who is from america or britain", thats what makes it different. But the only reason why I am going with you on this one is because u do somewhat have point and I agree, no one else in this world can cook lebanese food better than lebanese themselves. But if I were to hire someone as a cook... I'd interview them and then decide who gets to be the cook and then i'd choose the lebanese guy, not degrade everyone else other than that guy in public. It's not right.
