not all DHL branches can process your visa stamping but they will tell you which of their branch can process it. Better to contact first any DHL branch and ask them which branch can process your visa at Qatar Embassy, ask for the phone number, location and contact person. This is what I did for my wife and 3kids. They are all now here in Doha.
