It's a 3 star hotel chain, most of the properties are centrally located. My personal favorites are the one in les halles & Saint Germain.
Le marais, Saint michel & Montpartnasse are a must.
Upon arriving you must visit WHsmith bookshop in rue de rivoli to get a copy of timeout magazine for an updated happenings throughout the city.
The best restaurant/cafes in paris are in the 1st/3rd/ 4th arrondissement.
Paris Metro is perfect & easy. However, paris is best enjoyed by foot. If you stayed in les halles you can walk to all the important sites (Notre dame, le louvre & le marais jewish quarter)
Nothing beats taking a stroll in Rue montorgeil with its food markets. specilaity food shops, small restaurants/cafes & trendy shops
Paris best shopping is in saint honore with long string of boutiques & the must visit concept store "collete"
