I am also under the process of sponsorship change and 10 days have been passed but still need to wait 10 more days to get it transfered. Normally first and main step is CID which takes one week to 10 days. After that immigration and labor department approval and visa stamping which takes again 10 days 10 15 days. So total process will be 3-4 weeks.
