hahaha..and i thought i'd heard of all types of violations..you did not mention whether you did in fact run the red light..if you did and the person who reported you testifies in person, then we could have such a possibility..however that scenario is unlikely..but if you did run the light on purpose because there's no camera, then a violation is well deserved..best of luck:-)
