I just called Q Tel and followed the following instructions:

Send an sms STOP or UNSUB to 92029.

You will recieve an sms with a reply that from 92020 saying that 'From now on, you will stop recieving any "Make your dreams come true" informational messages.....' Hope this helps as I have been trying to find this desperately.
