First of all your profession on your RP should be such that you should get UAE visa on arrival.
If first condition is OK then your vehicle should either be in your name (no loan) or you have to get NOC from the bank (if it is under loan)
Apply for Saudi Transit Visa through approved agent (Ahsan Al Khaleej in Souk Al Assiri)
Get Exit permit for yoursef , pack up and Go
