Two things;

One, it's good to know Karwa are willing to listen to complaints from customers, even minor ones like this.

Two, I lost all sympathy for you when you said that "two-bit taxi drivers are too insignificant in my opinion to be responded to in such situations". I wouldn't even let you in my taxi if I knew you held that sort of opinion!
