I was in Saudi 5 Years before. That time Living Cost was very low, regarding accomodation aproximately SR 1200 for a 3 BR Flat. Regarding Transportation most companies provided Transportation for their staff. I don't know is this not mentioned in your job offer. Staying with family in Jeddah quiet good compared to Eastern Provinces.
